Brice Blair & Susanna _____
James Blair & Amelia Brayfield Hagerman
Conventional Research
According to Charlotte Stewart's book, "Blair Society for Genealogical Research Members Lineages (1983 - 2003),
with Biographies of Their Earliest Ancestors", James Blair (and Amelia Brayfield Hagerman) may be the
son of Brice Blair and Susanna _____ who died in Beans Cove, PA in 1785. Positive proof has not been found for this
relationship, but research is on-going to determine if this James is the same James Blair named in the will of Brice Blair in 1785.
New evidence, since the book was published, further supports the belief that James is the son of Brice.
