William was married twice: first to Jane Cooper and then to Hannah Crawford. Participants 4023 and 4786 descend from William and Jane. Participant 4382 descends from William and Hannah. The three participants tested represent 3 separate lines. Participants 4023 and 4786 match on all 25 markers. Participant 4382 matches 4023 and 4786 on 24 of 25 markers. DNA test results indicate that all 3 participants descend from the same common ancestor - William Blair and Jane Cooper/Hannah Crawford.
